You can see that the landscape is changing. You have a team that is loyal, but stuck in what they've always done. You often share messages and direction with your senior team, only to find the message is different when it makes it to the masses of people in your organization. You wonder if it is intentional or due to lack of alignment. Does this sound familiar?
